Straight answers
If something here is unclear, that is a fault in our writing, not in your reading.
Is the account balance real money?
No. The balance on a challenge account is virtual. You do not deposit it and you do not own it. What you pay is the one-time fee for the challenge.
If I pass, do I get a funded account or a payment?
Not automatically, and not yet. Passing opens a review. Funded accounts need a signed agreement, identity verification and approvals on our side, and they are not open yet. See funded accounts.
How do I pay?
Online, once, through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed only when the provider confirms the payment to us directly, and you get a receipt number.
Can I get a refund?
Whether a fee is refundable is shown on each challenge before you pay. If it says no, it is no.
Which countries can join?
Each challenge lists the countries it is open to, and we block a purchase from anywhere else before you pay. See where you can join.
Why do you ask for my ID?
Before any reward can be paid we must know who we are paying. Your documents are encrypted when stored, only our verification team can open them, and every time one is opened it is recorded.
What if I think a result is wrong?
Our policy is that an automated failure is not final without human review, and that you can ask for one.
Do you give investment advice?
No. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and we do not manage money for anyone.
