We plan to offer an assistant that helps you understand market conditions. It is not available yet, and this page says what it will and will not be.
Not available yet. Everything below describes our plan, so you can judge it before it exists.
What it will do
- Explain market conditions and recent events in plain language.
- Name its sources, so you can check them yourself.
- Say when it is unsure, and say so instead of guessing when its information is out of date or conflicting.
What it will never do
- It will not decide your results, whether a rule was broken, or whether you pass.
- It will not decide your eligibility, an identity check, or a payment.
- It will not place trades, or tell you what to trade.
- It will not promise any outcome.
It is read-only. Decisions about your account are made by our rules and by our staff, never by the assistant.
How it will treat your data
- Your identity documents and payment details will never be sent to it.
- Anything you type to it should be treated as visible to the company that runs the underlying model, so please do not include personal or account details.
- We will publish which provider it uses, and what that provider is allowed to do with what it receives, before it is switched on.
Its limits
